Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of EromeSingleChat, including browsing the online wall, free-to-start private 1-on-1 conversations by text, voice, and live video, our block and report tools, and coin purchases. By using EromeSingleChat you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & scope
These Terms apply to the EromeSingleChat website, mobile web experience, online wall, calling and messaging features, and coin purchases. By accessing or using EromeSingleChat, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform. Continuing to use EromeSingleChat after these Terms are updated means you accept the revised version.
2. Eligibility & account requirements
EromeSingleChat is not intended for anyone under 18, or under the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction. You may only use the platform if you are legally permitted to do so where you live. You can browse and start a first conversation without an account; if you do create one, you are responsible for keeping your login secure.
- Do not create an account using false, misleading, or stolen information.
- Do not transfer, sell, rent, or share your account without authorization.
- Do not bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. What EromeSingleChat provides
EromeSingleChat is a 1-on-1 conversation service, not a public content platform. Available features may change over time and can include:
- An online wall showing who is available to talk right now.
- Private 1-on-1 conversations by text, voice, or live video with the person you choose.
- Free-to-start conversations for new users, with no account required to begin.
- Block and report controls available in every conversation.
- Optional coin purchases that pay for longer voice and video sessions.
- Account and support tools to manage your experience.
We may add, modify, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time for legal, operational, or business reasons. We do not guarantee any particular feature will remain available permanently.
4. Your conversations & your responsibility
There is no public profile page and no content feed on EromeSingleChat — nothing you say or show is visible to anyone other than the one person you are talking to at that moment.
- You are responsible for what you say, share, or show during a conversation.
- Only share information you are comfortable a stranger having; conversations are with people you have not met before.
- Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing another person's conversation without consent is not permitted and may violate our Community Guidelines and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use & community rules
You must use EromeSingleChat lawfully, respectfully, and in line with our Community Guidelines. You may not use the platform to harass, exploit, deceive, or harm others, or to disrupt the service.
- No unlawful, exploitative, or sexualized content involving minors, hate speech, or threats of violence.
- No impersonation or misrepresenting your identity to another user.
- No bots, scripts, scraping, or other automated or abusive access to the service.
- No scams, off-platform payment schemes, or spam.
6. Conversations, calls & messaging
The online wall shows who is available, and you choose who to talk to in a private 1-on-1 by text, voice, or video. These features exist to support genuine, respectful interaction.
- Who is online, wait times, and call quality are not guaranteed.
- You decide whether to continue a conversation or end it — nothing obliges you to stay in one.
- If you experience abusive or unsafe behavior, use the block and report tools available in every conversation.
7. Coins & payments
EromeSingleChat may offer coins and optional paid features. Prices, what a feature unlocks, and any usage limits are shown at the point of purchase — voice and video rates are displayed before a paid session begins. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not necessarily store full payment card details.
- Coins have no cash value unless required by applicable law.
- Completed purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
- Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or payment abuse may result in cancelled orders, feature limits, or account review.
8. Third-party services & external links
EromeSingleChat may integrate with third-party services for functions such as payments, analytics, or hosting, and may link to external websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
The EromeSingleChat platform — its software, interface design, and branding — is owned by EromeSingleChat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or reverse engineer protected platform assets without authorization.
10. Enforcement, suspension & termination
We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, and where reasonably necessary we may:
- Restrict or disable a feature for your account.
- Issue a warning or limit conversations and messaging.
- Suspend, review, or terminate an account.
- Cancel transactions or withhold benefits where permitted by law.
If your account is closed, some data may be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, while certain records may be kept where necessary for legal compliance or fraud prevention.
11. Privacy & data handling
How we collect, use, store, and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For questions specifically about data rights, retention, or cookies, that page is the primary reference.
12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
We work to keep EromeSingleChat available, secure, and useful, but the platform is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any particular person will be online. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, another user's conduct, or your own failure to safeguard your account. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law prohibits such a limit.
